Yoga
I will guide you through movement, stillness and breath. I encourage you to be kind to yourselves, whilst bringing the appropriate amount of awareness, to the parts of you which may benefit from a little more attention. I will demonstrate asana and take the time to observe those in attendance. I advise wearing comfortable layers of clothing and bringing a bottle of water. Equipment provided
Prenatal Yoga
Pregnancy is the most active time physically, mentally and emotionally, in a woman’s life. I provide a safe, peaceful, environment for any Mum-to-be to learn new techniques which will support you into motherhood. I will guide you through movement and breath which will invite you into a deeper connections to your body and your baby. I also (on occasion) invite a midwife to class for a ‘call the midwife’ tea session so you can ask any rising questions.

MAT PILATES – SUITABLE FOR COMPLETE BEGGINERS
Pilates is about efficient exercises, that works to strengthen, lengthen, rehabilitate and prevent injuries. My aim in this class to to share specific movements that reteach the skeleton to move in a functional way. I only teach small groups at present so contact me for details. I bring a holistic approach to this class and will encourage you through a variety of progressions.
